Patrick Walsh, CEO, is an entrepreneur, investor, and corporate executive with a background in investment management, finance, and operational strategy. Based in Palm Beach County, Florida, he founded PW Partners in 2012 to create long-term value for small- and mid-cap companies through strategic planning and disciplined capital allocation. Patrick's career in finance began at Prudential Capital Group and Prudential Securities, where he specialized in commercial property and publicly traded real estate investment trusts as an investment analyst. He later joined Deutsche Bank as vice president of investment banking, gaining experience in financial advisory services and corporate transactions. After working in investment banking, he transitioned into hedge fund investing and long-short equity strategies before becoming a managing partner at PWK Partners in Chicago. In 2012, he relocated to Jupiter, Florida, where he established PW Partners and continued building relationships with companies nationwide through investment and operational leadership.
Patrick attended Wesleyan University and studied economics while competing in both football and baseball. Following a back injury that ended his athletic career, he transferred to Boston College and graduated with honors in accountancy. He later completed Columbia University's Executive Value Investing Program under professor Bruce Greenwald and earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Throughout his career, he has also held board and leadership positions with organizations including BJ's Restaurants, Del Taco Restaurants, Town Sports International, and Famous Dave's of America.
